By using our website or booking our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Our Services

star-kudu provides cooking classes, workshops, corporate events, meal prep coaching, and recipe development services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.

3. Bookings and Payments

• Booking Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed once we send you a confirmation email and payment is received.
• Pricing: All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices may change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honoured at the quoted price.
• Payment: Full payment is required to secure your booking. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

• 48+ Hours Notice: Full refund available.
• Less Than 48 Hours: No refund, but credit toward a future class valid for 6 months.
• No-Shows: Forfeit booking with no refund or credit.
• Our Cancellations: If we cancel a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

5. Class Participation

• Arrival: Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled class time.
• Attire: Closed-toe shoes are required for safety. Aprons are provided.
• Allergies: You must inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at the time of booking. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.
• Conduct: Participants must follow instructor guidance and safety protocols. We reserve the right to remove anyone behaving inappropriately without refund.

6. Health and Safety

Cooking involves inherent risks including burns, cuts, and exposure to allergens. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions. If you have health conditions that may affect your participation, please consult your doctor before booking.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, recipes, logos, and design elements, is owned by star-kudu or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. User Content

If you submit content to us (such as reviews or photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and publish that content for marketing and promotional purposes. You warrant that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, star-kudu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant service.
